I have been battling being overweight for pretty much my whole life and only just recently I have started to gain the motivation to actually do something about it and I think where I have failed mostly in the past is the lack of reaching out to other people. I feel that by starting up this little blog of mine I can hope to meet others who are also wanting to make a change or are just interested in what I have to post, we can all support one another as that is the key thing when starting a project this big!
Okay, so the first thing I am ever going to post about it green tea! Yes, it might just seem like the typical herb tea your parents might drink, but there are so many benefits involved that can actually save your health.
Green tea is filled with anti-oxidants which are amazing for your body. By drinking this 2-3 times a day which is what I highly recommend (especially for weight loss) can boost up your metabolism and burn unwanted fat and boost up your physical performance.
Other benefits of green tea consists of:
- Improved brain function
- Lower risks of certain types of cancer
- Can possibly lower risks of Alzheimer's and Parkinsons
- Improve dental health
- Lower risk of type 2 Diabetes
I personally love it so much and I most definitely drink it everyday. I have been drinking it for just over 2 months now and I have noticed a difference in myself, I am more active and I have lost a couple of kilos! So if you are thinking about losing weight or generally just wanting to improve your health a little bit, green tea is the way to go!
